Arroyo Del Valle Trail in Pleasanton, CA

Today, I have 16 photos I took on Arroyo Del Valle Trail (the one I sometimes call Pleasanton Trail) in Pleasanton, CA last year in 2012. If you follow me a lot on this blog, you'll know this walking trail is fairly close to where I live so I take walks on there a lot. There are many animals and plants that can be seen on the trail so I sometimes will bring my camera for photos.

Full Resolution Photos and Prints: If you want to see full resolution photos or buy prints of any of the photos you see, they are up on my portfolio for viewing. To view my best Pleasanton photos for 2012, use this link. Squirrel on a walnut tree eating walnuts. If you follow me on here a lot, you'll know that there are a lot of walnut trees near the trail. There are many squirrels living there.

Some sort of berry growing on a tree. Not sure what it is.

I think this is a Yellow Rumped Warbler (Setophaga coronata). If I got it wrong, please comment below. :)

Western Scrub Jay (Aphelocoma californica) in flight and perched on a branch.

Northern Mockingbird (Mimus polyglottos) perched on a pomegranate tree.

Black Phoebe (Sayornis nigricans

 House Finch (Carpodacus mexicanus)

Western Scrub Jay (Aphelocoma californica

I think this is a female Anna's Hummingbird (Calypte anna). I am not too sure though. If you think I am wrong, please comment below.
