If you want a photo for personal use, please email me. My contact information can be found here. Also email me if you have any questions or comments about these rules, or if you would like to ask me for special permission. If you want to buy prints of my photos, please check out my "Print Pricing Guide" here for a general estimate.
Any use of my photo requires written consent from me (email, snail mail, written contract, etc). If I deem the photo is used without permission in a commercial nature, or used in a way that makes you money, I may seek legal services for the copyright infringement without first contacting the infringing party directly. The photographer reserves the right to determine the appropriateness of the use of a photo and may request you to remove it if the use is deemed inappropriate (I generally will not do this unless I deem it as extreme misuse).
If you wish you use my photos for commercial purposes or wish to sell my work (for profit or not), we can work it out over email. I price commercial use licenses on a case-by-case basis. There are some photos that I take that I can not legally license for commercial use, therefore I will deny those requests. My contact information can be found here. Violation of any of these terms and conditions results in the revocation of your privilege and license to use my photos and may result in legal action against you.
Please do not steal my photos. If you do, you're stealing income from a disabled photographer who's been dealing with vision problems since the end of 2018. I enforce copyright. Please do not steal my photos for personal and/or commercial use. Please purchase or negotiate a use license with me.
