Talk about Orlando + Sunny's Ideal Date - June 2016 Vlog (Part 2)

I was very active during the month of June and recorded a ton of video. I decided to split the videos into 3 parts. Here are the links to the other 2 parts:

Part 1 | Part 2 | Part 3

I take you on a walk and talk with me again. Due to the recent terrorist attack in Orlando, I decided to do a talk about the event, criticize a few individuals who showed support for the terrorist's actions, talk about why we should not hate Muslims, and a talk about my religious beliefs. I also talk about why I love summer, how I am doing after my wisdom teeth removal, my ideal first date, and some other stuff.

In this vlog:
  • Come with Sunny on a walk through Pleasanton Tennis & Community Park.
  • Talk about summer and dresses.
  • What I've been doing in my life and how I am recovering from the wisdom teeth removal.
  • My progress on my photos.
  • Talk about the terrorist attack in Orlando.
  • Talk about my biologically intersexed state.
  • Criticize individuals who showed support for the terrorist's actions.
  • A talk about why we should not hate Muslims and my agnostic religious beliefs.
  • Talk about a guy driving by whistling at me, my friend Shaye, and my ideal first date.
  • Show you my favorite short dress.

San Francisco Pride Celebration/Parade 2016

I went to the San Francisco Pride Celebration and Parade today with a few friends. If you have been following me on social media now, you would know I'm a biologically intersexed individual who identifies as female. So when San Francisco Pride comes along, of course I'd join! Also, it sounded like a really fun event to join with my friends. Unlike two years ago (blog posts here), security is tight this year for celebration due to the recent tragic events in Orlando, Florida. There was a lot of bag restrictions in place so it was too much of a hassle to bring my full photography gear. Not to mention, my DSLR got a really big dust spot on the sensor, so it is off at a camera lab in Berkeley for sensor cleaning this weekend. Instead, I just brought my phone to the parade along with a selfie stick and mini tripod (with phone tripod adapter). I shot photos and videos on this trip. The videos will be up in a vlog next month, but that won't be up for a while. The cellphone photos I shot today are the ones in this blog post. I hope you enjoy.

One of my friends went shopping with me later. Here is a selfie I took at Forever21. I ended up getting this dress because I felt it looked really cute and pretty.

A random photo from my shopping trip. This was shot near Uniqlo. As you can see, the city was crowded from San Francisco Pride Parade and Celebration.

Gay Marriage Win/Growing Up Trans - June 2015 Vlog

In celebration of the Supreme Court ruling on legalizing gay marriage in all 50 states today, I do a small, casual talk about gays and a personal story of me growing up as a transgender female. I hope you enjoy it, helps open up your mind a bit, and help out young or still in closet LGBT individuals to further understand themselves. This was just a casual talk done in one take, so I know I have missed a lot of things, but I still hope you like it.

People comes in all shapes and sizes, just because someone is born a bit different or have different than you, doesn't give you the right to deny them their rights and discriminate against them. It is not okay to treat LGBT individuals differently just as it is not okay to treat a person of a certain skin color differently.
