Año Nuevo State Park (Cellphone Photos) - San Mateo County, CA

On the 26th September 2025, my mom and I went to Año Nuevo State Park in San Mateo County, CA for a day trip. We walked along Año Nuevo Point Trail, soaking in the scenery. Afterwards, we dropped by Luigi's Pizza and Pasta in Campbell, CA for dinner. I hope you enjoy viewing my photos!

Message from the Photographer: I have been having more energy recently after a cold a few weeks ago. I think it might be due to one of the pills I was on. I have no clue if this increase in my energy is temporary or permanent. The pill I was taking, Mucinex DM specifically the dextromethorphan, has helped some people's chronic fatigue syndrome.

The main part of Año Nuevo State Park only has one trail, Año Nuevo Point Trail. The scenery is amazing, and there were so many birds to see walking down the trail.

Afterwards, my mom and I dropped by Luigi's Pizza and Pasta in Campbell, CA. The pizza was great. The last time I was here was in 2015, celebrating a friend's birthday. The restaurant is at 2495 Winchester Blvd, Campbell, CA 95008.

Message from the Photographer: For all of you fans out there that are getting bored of this chain of posts, you would be happy to know this is the last photos for this chain of posts! YAY! For all that wants more, I'm sorry, but these are the last of the photos from my Monterey, Point Lobos, and Big Sur trip. Maybe next time I go, I can get more photos. Either way, I hope you enjoy viewing these last photos from my trip! :) So now your question is probably, is the next photos you post from your Yosemite trip? Well, it is not that easy, and the answer is no. I have some photos from places near my house that I am going to post first. I have not finished looking and processing through my Yosemite photos yet. I have shot a bunch of HDR and panoramics which all need to be processed before I can start posting. Sorry about that!

Landscape shot at a turn out on the highway. The fenced off area said Private Property. Who ever own the land gotta be really lucky! A private beach!

More landscape. This one was probably also shot at a turn out too.

More landscape. What high cliffs!

The cliff must be a really steep drop...

A landscape of the highway shot out of the sun roof of my car. Don't worry, I wasn't driving.

A beach at Big Sur.

Pelicans flying over the bridge.

Another landscape shot with the pelicans flying.

Another shot of the beach from a different perspective.

The last two shots were done from my Samsung Galaxy Nexus. You can tell the aspect ratio is a bit different. I thought they looked pretty nice so I decided to post them too.

Photos of taken out of my car's sun roof. Photos of the mountain highways.

I hope you have enjoyed viewing these photos. If you didn't read my message above, there it is again, reworded. This is the last post in this chain of posts. I had as much fun showing them to you as you did when you viewed them. Coming up next will be of photos from places near my house. I have not finished looking and processing through my Yosemite photos yet so those will be coming up later. Please don't forget to share my blog posts with your friends! If you would like to get notifications next time I post, you can "Like" me on Facebook or follow me on Twitter and Google+.
