Fremont Central Park (5/15/2014) - Fremont, CA (Part 1)

As you guys know, ever since I moved out of Fremont, CA, I haven't visited Central Park (Lake Elizabeth) much after. I recently met up with a friend at the park and took some photos. I will be splitting the photos I shot there into 3 parts. I have some scenery shots, some flower shots, and some wildlife shots. I hope you enjoy viewing these photos. These photos were shot on 5/15/2014.

First photo is of a male Mallard Duck (Anas platyrhynchos).

A few people were feeding the Canada Geese (Branta canadensis). Decided to get a photo of them. This one lonely seagull is in the crowd...

Fremont Central Park

If you are a long time viewer of this blog, you'd know I moved away from Fremont to a nearby city about a year back, however I was back in Fremont the other day to meet up with a friend. We went to Central Park there. Here are the photos I took. I took photos of the animals, the sunset, and a flower. Hope you enjoy.

我一年前从 Fremont 搬走了。我几天前回去见一下一个朋友。我们去了Central Park 玩。这些是我在那里拍的照片!

Canada Goose (Branta canadensis)
加拿大鹅

After all these years, I finally figured out the name... It's called a:
Muscovy Duck (Cairina moschata)

Mallard Duck (Anas platyrhynchos)
绿头鸭

Canada Goose (Branta canadensis)
加拿大鹅
It's trying to eat this wood pellet if found on the ground. LOL

American Coot (Fulica americana)

Sunset in the park. The colors were boosted using Photoshop. Sadly, no sunset photo is perfect without some RAW adjustments. HAHA

Remember the red flashlight I showed you in the past post? When I took this photo, my new flash did not arrive yet, so the only thing I had in my backpack that can light up the scene at night was my red flashlight. Obviously the red light screwed up the colors too much for correction, so I turned the whole thing black and white. Not bad right? ^_^ I have no clue how to do false colors in Photoshop, so yeah...

These are all the photos I took in Fremont Central Park that day. I hope you have enjoyed those! My Yosemite and Muir Wood photos are still in the processing. If you don't know already, I'm a college student, so I have been having a lot of school work to take care of since school started. I haven't been getting a lot of time with my photography. I hope you all can understand. :) Please don't forget to share my blog posts with your friends! If you would like to get notifications next time I post, you can "Like" me on Facebook or follow me on Twitter and Google+.
