Sunol Regional Wilderness - Sunol, CA (Cellphone Photos)

On May 16th, 2017, I took a walk and hike through Sunol Regional Wilderness in Sunol, CA. I took cellphone scenery photos while there. Normally I'd post cellphone photos the same day I take them, but I haven't been feeling too well this past week. On this trip, I took a hike on Flag Hill Trail. Very vigorous hike on a very narrow trail. The scenery was amazing though.

I also decided to make the high resolution photos from this trip public. You can view them here.

Sunol Regional Wilderness - Sunol, CA (Part 2)

On April 19th, 2017, I took a walk through Sunol Regional Wilderness in Sunol, CA and shot many scenery photos. Due to the high amount of photos, I will be splitting the photos into 2 blog posts.

If you are visiting the San Francisco Bay Area or live here, I highly recommend a trip to Sunol Regional Wilderness. This has become my new favorite East Bay Regional Park. The park tends to get a bit crowded on the weekends, but relatively peaceful during weekdays. Currently, they are performing a dam project in the park on weekdays, so it might not be as quiet as it usually is as there are cars and trucks traveling down Ohlone Road. Even with that, I still recommend a visit. The forest and rushing creeks makes the park amazing. One area of the park along Ohlone Road is called Little Yosemite. That area does have quite a lot of resemblance to the waterfalls and creeks of Yosemite National Park. If you visit the park, I definitely recommend you check out Little Yosemite too!
