Mt. Tamalpais State Park (Aerial Photography) - Marin County, CA

On 8/10/2016, I took my DJI Phantom 3 Professional Quadcopter out to Mt. Tamalpais State Park in Marin County, CA (in the San Francisco North Bay) for a flight so I can take some aerial scenery photos. I shot aerial photos, DSLR photos, and vlog on this trip. In this blog post, I will share with you the aerial photos I took.

If you are in the San Francisco Bay Area, I highly recommend a trip to Mt. Tamalpais. The mountain is known for its wonderful above the cloud scenery. You don't even need an aircraft to get above the clouds, you can see it from the ground in certain parts of the mountain. Low cloud cover is pretty common in the San Francisco North Bay.

Aerial photo of the cloud cover and Stinson Beach as seen from Mt. Tamalpais. You can probably see this scene with out a quadcopter (there are a few hiking trails), but I had limited amount of time and was lazy so I just flew my quadcopter instead.
